Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of the services and purchase of Print-on-Demand (POD) T-shirt products provided by Rokiprint, a unit owned and operated by Vivid ink LLC. By placing an order with Rokiprint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Rokiprint operates in the United States and primarily serves the US customer market.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We are committed to providing secure and convenient payment options for our customers. Rokiprint currently accepts the following main payment methods for all your online purchases:
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All card transactions are processed through the secure PayPal payment gateway, which is encrypted according to industry standards (PCI DSS), ensuring the absolute security of your financial information. We do not store your credit card information on our servers after the transaction is complete.
- PayPal: This is a convenient and secure online payment service that we accept. The use of this service is subject to PayPal's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Please note that an order is only considered complete, and the POD production process only begins, when we receive full payment confirmation. Any delay in receiving payment may result in a corresponding delay in order processing and delivery.
2. Payment Terms and Currency
All prices listed on the Rokiprint website are in United States Dollars (USD). Customers must pay in US Dollars, regardless of the geographical location of their card-issuing bank or payment service.
Payment must be made in full at the time you place the order. Since Rokiprint products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and personalized, order processing (printing and preparation) will begin immediately upon payment confirmation.
If you use a card or payment service denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment service provider may apply exchange rates and charge foreign currency conversion fees. Rokiprint is not responsible for any fees or discrepancies arising from these exchange rates. Customers should contact their bank for detailed information about such charges.
3. Sales Tax
As a business operating in the United States, Rokiprint complies with all applicable Federal and State sales tax regulations. We are committed to adopting a Tax-Inclusive Pricing model, meaning the price displayed for each product on our website already includes all applicable Sales Taxes mandated by the US states where we have a tax obligation.
Transparency at Checkout: Since the tax is already integrated into the product price, your checkout page will only display the Product Value (Tax-Inclusive) and the Shipping Fee. This simplifies the payment process and ensures transparency, with no unexpected tax charges arising during order completions.
Final total Cost: The total amount you pay at the time of order placement will include the product price (tax-inclusive) plus the shipping fee. Customers do not need to worry about additional tax calculations when completing the transaction.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Rokiprint offers a 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a refund or return. We are responsible for a full refund (including the original shipping fee) if the product has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping. In cases where the customer changes their mind or selects the wrong size, we still support returns, but the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and only the product value will be refunded. We prioritize processing Refunds over Exchanges. For requests to cancel or change an order, customers have a maximum of 6 hours from the time of the order placement. 5. Price and Term Updates
Rokiprint reserves the right to adjust product prices, shipping fees, and other costs at any time without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect order you have already placed and confirmed payment for prior to the time of change.
We may modify or update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices, technology, or legal regulations. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on our website.
Changes to the Terms will take effect immediately from the date of posting. Your continued use of the service or placement of order after the changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Payment Security
The security of customer personal and financial information is Rokiprint's top priority.
- Data Encryption: All online payment transactions are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This ensures that all sensitive data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
- PCI DSS Compliance: We use certified third-party payment gateways that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This means we do not directly process or store your full credit card information.
- Fraud Prevention: We utilize advanced fraud screening tools to protect both customers and the business from unauthorized transactions. In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to delay order processing and request additional identity and payment information verification. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in the cancellation of the order.
