Currently, Rokiprint focuses on offering available and exclusive designs on our website. Our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), printed immediately after you place your order. We do not accept individual orders for personal designs. However, if you have a need for a large quantity design (e.g., for an event, group, company), please contact us directly via email for us to review the project, agree on the design, and provide a specific quote and production time.

This is a common situation, but because our products are printed on demand (POD) for each specific order, we do not perform direct exchanges for different sizes. 

Advice: Always thoroughly check the detailed Size Chart on the product page. Take a favorite T-shirt you currently wear, measure its dimensions, and compare them with our chart before deciding to order. If you still choose the wrong size, this is considered a case of "Not a Shop Error" (Incorrect Size Selection). You may use the Return/Refund process (refer to Section 4 Return & Refund Policy) to be refunded the product value (you will bear the return shipping cost), and then place a new order with the correct size.

This is completely normal due to the difference between colors displayed on a screen and ink colors printed on fabric. Rokiprint does not accept returns or exchanges for minor color discrepancies (less than 10%) compared to the website image, or minor print position discrepancies (less than 0.5 inch/1.27 cm). Minor color differences (less than 10%) are not considered a manufacturing defect. Only when the discrepancy is serious, exceeding the tolerance limits, will we consider processing it as a Manufacturing Defect.

Although our products are POD, we still support customers changing their address after placing an order. Specifically, customers have 6 hours from the time of successful order placement to submit a request to change or cancel the order. Please contact us via email [email protected] within this timeframe. Requests sent after this period, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated because the order will have been processed and put into production. In case you do not manage to change the address in time, if the address you provided is incorrect and the order is returned to the warehouse, this is considered a customer error. You will receive a refund (after we deduct the original shipping cost).

No, you do not need a PayPal account. We use PayPal's secure payment gateway to process credit and debit card transactions. This allows you to enter your card information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) directly into their secure interface without needing to log in or create an account.

We apply a Flat Rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the US territory, including Alaska and Hawaii. Although the standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, the actual time to remote areas like Alaska or Hawaii may be slightly longer due to geographical distance and specialized shipping routes. Please follow the Tracking ID for the most accurate information.

This is an unfortunate and common situation:

  • Wait an additional 24–48 hours: Sometimes, the carrier scans "Delivered" early, but the package actually arrives 1–2 days later.
  • Check around: Ask neighbors or people living in the same house. Thoroughly check the mailbox, porch, or other hidden areas.
  • Contact the Post Office: Call your local post office and provide the Tracking ID. They can identify the exact GPS location of the delivery person when the code was scanned.
  • Contact Rokiprint: After performing the above steps, if you still cannot find it, email us. We will open an investigation (Lost in Transit Claim) with the carrier.

Rokiprint's current shipping policy only applies to the US territory. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

The refund time is calculated after we confirm receipt of the product at the warehouse:

  • Rokiprint Internal Processing: 1–2 business days for us to process the request and execute the refund command.
  • Bank Processing Time: An additional maximum of 7 business days for the money to be reflected back in your bank account or card.

No. If the product is torn, this is considered a Shop Error.

  • Rokiprint will take full responsibility.
  • We will provide you with a Prepaid Return Label for you to send the defective product back to the warehouse.
  • We will refund the entire amount you paid (including the original shipping fee).
