Return & Refund Policy
Rokiprint is committed to providing high-quality, custom-designed products for our customers. As our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and manufactured immediately after an order is placed, our refund and return policy is specifically structured to ensure fairness and efficiency.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.
1. General Terms for Returns & Refunds
a. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders shipped and delivered within the United States territory.
b. Condition for Returns
The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with original tags (if applicable). Any product showing signs of damage or not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by our error will not be accepted.
c. Refund Process (Priority)
Due to the nature of POD products, we prioritize processing a Refund over an Exchange or product replacement. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
2. Returns Due to Shop Error (Manufacturing or Shipping Defects)
These are cases where Rokiprint assumes full responsibility. Our goal is to resolve the issue quickly by prioritizing a full refund.
a. Cases Considered Shop Error
- Product/Print Defect: The product is torn, damaged, stained, or the print is peeling, faded, or significantly incorrect in color compared to the ordered design sample.
- Sizing Error: The product delivered is the incorrect size compared to the original order (e.g., you ordered size M, but received size L).
- Shipping Damage: The product is severely damaged during the shipping process.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Receiving a product or design completely different from what was ordered.
b. Request and Process
- Within 30 days of receiving the order, you must send a refund request email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request_Shop Error_Order ID".
- The email must include clear photos/videos showing the product defect and the order number.
- Upon defect confirmation, Rokiprint will provide a Prepaid Return Label to ship the defective product back to our warehouse.
- Once the defective product is received, we will issue a Full Refund (including the original shipping fee).
3. Returns Not Due to Shop Error (Buyer's Remorse, Wrong Size Selection)
We understand you may change your mind or select the wrong size. Although these are custom POD items, we still support returns under the following conditions:
a. Cases Considered Not Due to Shop Error
- Buyer's Remorse: The customer no longer likes the product.
- Incorrect Size Selection: The customer incorrectly chose the size according to our standard sizing chart.
- Incorrect Address: The customer provided the wrong shipping address and the order was returned to the warehouse.
b. Refund Conditions
- You must email a return request within 30 days and ship the product back to us within 7 days after receiving confirmation from Rokiprint.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the Rokiprint warehouse (the address will be provided in Boulder, CO).
- Upon receiving the item, we will issue a refund for the product value only, deducting the original shipping fee paid. The original shipping fee will not be refunded in this case.
c. Exchange Policy
We encourage Refunds over Exchanges to ensure processing speed. However, if you genuinely wish to exchange (e.g., for a larger size), you still need to follow the Return (Refund) process first, and then place a new order for the desired product and size.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds
- Requests sent after the 30-day deadline.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper customer use.
- Minor Printing or Color Deviations: We do not accept returns for minor discrepancies (within acceptable tolerance) due to the difference between the customer's computer screen and the actual printed product. Specifically, color deviations within a 10% range compared to the website image or print placement deviations within a 0.5 inch (approximately 1.27 cm) range from the design location.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your request is approved and the product is received at the warehouse (if required):
- Rokiprint will process the internal refund within 1–2 business days.
- The money will be returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal). The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may take an additional up to 7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.
6. Order Cancellation and Modification
Since production begins quickly after an order is placed, customers have a grace period of up to 6 hours from the time of placing the order to request a change or cancellation. The request must be sent via email to [email protected] within this 6-hour window. All requests sent after this time frame, unfortunately, cannot be resolved as the order will have already been processed for production.
