1. Shipping Fee
We apply a Flat Rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders shipped within the United States territory. This cost will be clearly displayed on the cart and checkout pages.
2. Delivery Area
We ship to all addresses within the United States territory, including special locations.
- Delivery Scope: All 50 states of the U.S.
- Special Addresses: We accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses including APO/FPO/DPO.
3. Delivery and Processing Time
The Total Delivery Time is calculated by summing the Processing Time (preparation) and the Shipping Time (transit).

Note on Business Days: Business Days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. Federal Holidays.
4. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the following factors:
- Geographical Distance: Delivery time may be longer for addresses far from Colorado, remote areas.
- Shipping Conditions: Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, or unexpected incidents from the shipping carrier.
- Peak Season/Holidays: During major holidays (such as Black Friday, Christmas), the high volume of orders will increase both processing and shipping times.
- Address Information: Errors or missing address information may cause failed delivery attempts and delay your order.
5. Order Tracking Instructions
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will contain a Tracking ID and a link for you to track your order. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display the initial status after you receive the email. You can use the Tracking ID and enter it directly into the Order Tracking page on the Rokiprint website to check the latest status.
