1. Acceptance of Agreement and Legal Confirmation
By accessing, browsing, ordering from, and using the Rokiprint website, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Vivid ink LLC (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "The Company"). This acceptance encompasses the entirety of these Terms of Service, along with all expressly referenced policies (such as the Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies). Your use of the website is deemed a confirmation that you are of legal age to enter into binding legal commitments, and you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement. We operate in the United States, and the website is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If you do not agree with any of the stated terms or conditions, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting changes to the website. It is your responsibility to monitor and review the updated terms regularly. Your continued access to the website or use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the modified terms. Any new Terms of Service added to the website shall also be subject to the terms and conditions described herein.
2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Product Terms
Rokiprint operates on a business model distinct from traditional e-commerce; we specialize in Print-on-Demand (POD) products. This means that every product you order is personalized and produced individually only after you complete the transaction. This process involves converting digital design files into physical products through specialized printing processes. Therefore, you must understand that the delivery time includes this custom production phase.
You accept that small physical tolerances may occur during the POD production process. Specifically, Rokiprint does not guarantee absolute color matching between the design displayed on your screen and the final printed color on the fabric. Color deviation within a range of 10% and print placement deviation of maximum ±0.5 inch, are considered normal and acceptable according to industry standards for apparel printing. These minor deviations do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are not eligible for a refund or exchange under our policy.
3. Pricing, Availability, Errors, Omissions, and Right to Adjust
The prices of products are clearly listed in U.S. Dollars ($) on the website and are exclusive prices, subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in raw material costs, import tariffs, or production expenses without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate and updated pricing information, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or shipping charges.
We reserve the absolute right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This right includes cancelling an order if pricing or availability information is critically erroneous, even after the order has been submitted and paid for. In the event of an order cancellation due to our error, we will fully refund the amount paid to you and notify you promptly.
4. Integrity of Payment Details and Account Obligations
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. This is crucial to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. This information includes your email address, shipping address, and all credit card or other payment method details. Providing inaccurate information may lead to order cancellation, delayed delivery, or additional costs for which you will be responsible.
You are obligated to promptly update all account information so that we can contact you and efficiently complete transactions. We reserve the right to refuse any order and limit purchase quantities if we detect inaccurate information or if we suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering. Any violation of these account integrity terms may result in the permanent termination of your access to the services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Legal Liability for User Content
All proprietary design elements, interface, source code, trademarks, and logos on the Rokiprint website are the intellectual property of Vivid ink LLC and are strictly protected. The use of any of our intellectual property without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Regarding User Content (designs, images, text uploaded for printing), you are solely responsible for the legality of that content. By uploading content, you represent and warrant to Rokiprint that you own or have all necessary rights to use that content for printing purposes and that it does not violate any third party's intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Vivid ink LLC harmless from all liabilities, legal costs, and damages arising from any third-party claims related to the User Content provided by you.
6. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We apply a uniform shipping model within the United States territory. Shipping is charged at a Flat Rate of $6.99 per order, which includes special addresses such as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.
The estimated total delivery time is 9–13 business days (consisting of 2–3 days for processing and 7–10 days for shipping). We provide these timelines for reference purposes only and do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Rokiprint is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including severe weather events, major transportation incidents, or delays due to high order volume during major sales or holidays like Christmas.
7. Refunds, Returns, and POD Defect Handling Policy
Our refund policy adheres to a 30-day period from the date you receive the goods. Due to the custom nature of the products (POD), we only accept full refunds when the defect arises directly from our production process, such as severely damaged products, printing errors exceeding industry tolerances, or delivery of the wrong size compared to the order. We will bear the return shipping costs in such cases.
In the case of a return request not related to a Rokiprint error (e.g., change of mind or wrong size selection), you must bear the return shipping costs and will only be refunded the product value, not the original shipping fee. Order cancellation or modification requests must be sent via email within 6 hours of placing the order, as the automated production process begins shortly thereafter.
8. Prohibited Conduct and Right to Monitor
You are strictly prohibited from using the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to: violating intellectual property rights; uploading or transmitting malicious code; collecting others' personal data; harassing, abusing, or discriminating.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor User Content and to refuse to process or print any order that we deem to violate the Terms of Service, especially conduct related to copyright infringement or hateful content. Violation of these prohibited conducts will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the services and may lead to further legal action.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided solely for convenience and reference purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or any damages arising from your use of or transactions with such third-party websites.
You should review the third parties' policies independently before engaging in any transaction. Any complaints, claims, or questions regarding third-party products or services must be directed directly to that third party, not Rokiprint.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that your use of the website and services is at your sole risk. The service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid ink LLC and its associated parties will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind. This limitation of liability applies to all losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
